Snake

Snake was clearly one of the best characters to start so there was a temptation to nerf him heavily. Snake fans rest easy; that did not happen.

What did happen is that Snake saw some smoothing. Some of his super fast and powerful moves are now a little less powerful, and a few of his problems are fixed. The most notable problem fixed is that his Cipher recovery is no longer defeated by a simple grab!

Snake is going to be more fair to everyone else now, but never fear Snake fans. He will still be the super powerful force you all know and love.

Balanced Brawl Bonus: FOXALIVE

  • Snake is no longer doomed to death by being grabbed out of his Cipher.

Other Major Changes

  • Forward tilt does 1% less damage on each hit.
  • Up tilt is a less powerful KO move.
  • Jab combo now properly links, but jab 3 is less powerful as a KO move.
  • Down smash is more powerful.
